The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office is alerting the public to two transient level three sex offenders moving to the Spokane area.
40-year-old Michael Cottrell and 38-year-old Joshua Epperson are not wanted by law enforcement at this time.
Epperson was convicted of third-degree rape in 2003. Cottrell was convicted of communications with a minor for immoral purposes and second-degree sodomy in 1998.
